From caring for Meadowgate Park to welcoming donors at our blood camp, almost everything the club does runs on volunteers. No membership and no experience needed.

Volunteering is separate from club membership and from booking to donate blood — do any or all three.
Where volunteers make the difference
These are the areas we most often need hands for. Tell us which ones interest you and we will get in touch when something is coming up.
Meadowgate Park
Seasonal clean-ups, litter picks and general care of the park the club has adopted.
Blood donation camp
Greeting donors, registration, refreshments and set-up on camp day.
Sports & tournaments
Scorekeeping, marshalling, equipment and running the day smoothly.
Cultural events
Festivals, music and family nights — set-up, hosting and clear-down.
Youth & mentorship
Supporting young people with study help, leadership sessions and coaching.
Seniors & newcomers
Visits, transport, translation and helping new families settle into London.
What volunteering gives you back
Every hour you give is written down, and it counts — for your school, for your CV, and for us.
Hours letters for school
Ontario high-school students need 40 community hours to graduate. Make a letter of your hours from your account in a minute, with a code your school can check online.
Milestone badges
Pass 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 hours in a membership year and the committee awards you a milestone badge, shown on your own volunteer timeline. The count starts afresh every 1 August.
Check in with your phone
At an event, scan the poster at the entrance or show your check-in pass. Your hours are worked out from the time you arrive and leave — no forms.
Your say after every event
Two quick questions when you check out: how was it, and one thing we could do better. The committee reads every answer.
