Membership connects you to our sports teams, cultural evenings, tournaments and community service work in London, Ontario.
This form is for club membership only. If you want to give blood at our September 5, 2026 camp, use the blood donation sign-up instead. If you just want to lend a hand at events, try volunteering — you do not need to be a member for either.
